according to the uses of word, all the sentence divided into eight groups is called parts of speech.

 1.Noun

the noun is the name of a person, place, or thing.

  2.Pronoun

the word which is used in place of a noun is called pronoun.

 ex-

 3.Adjective

 a word that qualifies a noun or a pronoun is called an adjective.

 ex-

long

  4.Verb

the word which denotes an action is called a verb.

ex-

 drink

  5.Adverb

the word which modifies a verb, an adjective and another adverb is called an adverb.

 ex-

slowly

  6.Preposition

    a preposition is a word used before a noun or pronoun to show its relation with another noun or a pronoun.

  7.Conjunction

a conjunction is a word that joins two words, clauses, or sentences.

an interjection is a word which expresses sudden feeling or emotions.

 ex-

wow!
